Senior Workday Adaptive Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the lead administrator and designer of the financial modeling environment.

• Ensure the health, accuracy, and ongoing development of Adaptive instances.

• Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to optimize budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools.

• Manage data integration pipelines between Adaptive and Workday.

• Create and maintain sheets, reports, and dashboards for executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in financial systems operations and modeling, including a minimum of 3 years directly administering Workday Adaptive Planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or Information Systems.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex nested formulas).

• Experience with data manipulation tools such as SQL, Python, and AI tools.

• Capable of translating financial requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
