Senior Analyst, Order to Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborates with internal teams and external business partners to address discrepancies and resolve issues.

• Carries out necessary tasks related to the delivery of the (PTP, OTC, RTR) tower.

• Analyzes data found in reports and ledgers.

• Offers recommendations and analysis to enhance efficiency and improve task execution.

• Addresses job-related issues and challenges.

• Implements month-end and year-end processes.

• Tracks and strives to meet the KPIs and SLAs established for the area.

• Aids the FBS manager in developing and interpreting analyses to provide insights for the business.

• Collaborates with project teams and business partners to achieve project objectives.

• Assists in prioritizing assignments while ensuring the quality and accuracy of work.

• Pursues further knowledge on key developments and trends in finance (e.g., analytics, intelligent automation, robotics).

• Engages in the continuous enhancement of financial shared services processes and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with Tableau.

• Knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).

• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Capability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documents.

• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, including formatting, organizing thoughts, and customizing content for the audience.

• Evidence of effectively curating and presenting data.

• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.

• Strong emphasis on delivering accurate results by carefully reviewing work prior to submission to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Exceptional attention to detail, especially in verifying and enhancing existing data and information.

• Proficient in translating analytical insights into visual formats, with the ability to create clear, engaging graphics and sequence data to effectively communicate a narrative and highlight key points.

• Adaptable to organizational changes and capable of evolving to meet shifting business needs.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, demonstrating a high level of independence and initiative.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, GBQ, and Tableau, along with a foundational understanding of analytical techniques and data visualization.
