• Accountable for planning and executing field resource deployment to achieve customer and business objectives.
• Collaborate with customer service managers for issue escalation.
• Create long-term forecasts for regional resource requirements.
• Formulate and implement both short and long-term resource strategies based on forecasts and regional business obligations, which includes recruitment, skills assessments, and further development through advanced training.
• Acquire specialized expertise within their area of discipline.
• Acts as a quality and best practices resource.
• Participates in the development of strategies and policies, ensuring successful delivery within their scope of responsibility.
• Employs judgment to make decisions or address moderately complex tasks or problems in the realms of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.
• Functions as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
• May oversee small projects involving moderate risks and resource requirements.
• Extensive experience in Services & Resource Management.
• Knowledge equivalent to a Master's degree from a recognized university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• For positions in the USA - a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated experience in leading programs/projects.
• Proficient in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established skills in project management.
