• Accountable for planning and executing the deployment of field resources to achieve customer and business objectives.
• Collaborate with customer service managers to address issues and escalate concerns.
• Create long-term forecasts for regional resource requirements.
• Formulate and implement both short and long-term resource strategies based on forecasts and regional business commitments, which include recruitment, skills assessments, and resource development through advanced training.
• Cultivate specialized expertise in their area of discipline.
• Act as a resource for best practices and quality assurance.
• Contribute to the development of strategies and policies, ensuring effective delivery within the designated area of responsibility.
• Utilize judgment to make decisions or address moderately complex tasks and challenges.
• Extensive experience in Services & Resource Management.
• Educational background equivalent to a Master's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma combined with relevant experience.
• For positions in the USA - Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Proven track record of analyzing and resolving issues.
• Demonstrated experience in leading programs and projects.
• Established skills in project management.
