This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +11 more states.
• Take ownership of and implement the B2B sales strategy for Katie Loxton and A Little & Co. in the US, fostering growth across all wholesale channels.
• Establish commercial plans, objectives, and KPIs by channel and territory.
• Discover new revenue opportunities, territories, and distribution channels.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring, proactively addressing risks and opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture the US wholesale team and sales representatives.
• Ensure clear objectives, consistent brand representation, strong product knowledge, and effective sales tools.
• Address issues in underperforming territories and implement corrective measures.
• Manage relationships with key US accounts, fostering long-term growth and tailored commercial strategies.
• Assist with seasonal launches, promotions, and product opportunities to maximize sell-through.
• Collaborate with the Creative, Visual Merchandising, and Design teams to ensure market-relevant products and exceptional in-store experiences.
• Work closely with UK and global teams to align strategies, tools, processes, and seasonal plans.
• Provide market insights to guide product development, range planning, and seasonal assortments.
• Partner with Marketing, Events, VM, Ecommerce, and CX teams to optimize B2B channels and maintain brand consistency.
• Promote continuous improvement across team performance and operational methods.
• Communicate effectively across departments and contribute as a member of the senior leadership team.
• Support broader business initiatives and undertake additional duties as required.
• Strong comprehension of the US wholesale market, with a track record of sales success across various territories and regions.
• A natural and credible sales leader with exceptional influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Results-driven and commercially savvy, with a clear emphasis on revenue growth and profitability.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing effective wholesale sales strategies.
• Highly analytical and ROI-focused, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Proven history of building, leading, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams and representative networks.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently while maintaining momentum in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving business and adapt swiftly to change.
• Broad marketing experience across both offline and digital channels, contributing to wholesale growth.
• Highly driven with a positive, “can-do” attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
• Previous experience in the US fashion, accessories, or lifestyle sectors.
