This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Establish and nurture trusted, positive connections with customers.
• Keep an eye on market trends and assess the competitive environment.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of product offerings to enhance product visibility and boost customer profitability.
• Engage in negotiations regarding pricing and business contracts.
• Cultivate and reinforce relationships with business partners.
• Create business proposals and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Work in collaboration with other CHS teams to maximize business relationships.
• Uphold and foster a robust safety culture.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and/or Sales Business Operations.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
• Strong comprehension of crop protection, agricultural supply chains, and market dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in outside sales is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
