This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Create responsive, accessible, and high-performance marketing websites utilizing modern frameworks.
• Design and maintain reusable component libraries linked to design systems.
• Apply SSR/SSG strategies to enhance performance and SEO.
• Integrate headless CMS platforms with scalable, component-driven architectures.
• Produce clean, testable, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while engaging in incident response.
• Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals and overall performance metrics.
• Implement analytics, tracking, A/B testing, and personalization functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) and cross-browser/device compatibility.
• Maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation efforts.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to guarantee accurate execution of designs.
• Work alongside marketing teams to fulfill technical SEO requirements.
• Coordinate with analytics teams on tracking and instrumentation.
• Contribute to documentation, coding standards, and architectural decisions.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in web development.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript with experience in React, Next.js, or Astro.
• Advanced skills in CSS and layout, preferably with Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with SSR, SSG, and hybrid rendering models.
• Practical experience with headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Sanity, Strapi, etc.).
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and integrations for analytics.
• Competence in Git, CI/CD workflows, and modern hosting solutions (Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare).
• Knowledge of testing tools such as Vitest, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Must be based in Latam.
• Enjoy remote work from Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends).
