Senior Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks that align product requirements, customer value, and technical necessities.

• Overseeing the technical design and execution of features, platform enhancements, and large-scale migrations on the Marketing website.

• Managing the complete delivery process of medium to large projects, from scoping and planning to production.

• Making well-informed technical decisions within your projects and documenting solutions as well as architectural designs.

• Writing code with an emphasis on reliability, quality, and durability.

• Fostering a team culture centered around shared ownership, continuous improvement, and constructive feedback.

• Assisting others in enhancing their skills through mentoring, coaching, and conducting code reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and developing complex, production-quality client-side web applications, from initial planning to deployment.

• Extensive production experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, CSS frameworks, and component libraries.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), automation processes, and AI-assisted development tools.

• Experience contributing to the growth and scalability of web platforms, including large-scale migrations, web performance optimization, technical SEO, headless CMS, and frontend architecture.

• Capability to establish the technical vision for a project, contribute to the team's roadmap, and independently make sound technical decisions in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.

• Experience acting as a technical partner in the planning, execution, and delivery of features in close cooperation with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Proven track record of delivering quality software swiftly, with a focus on customer value and iterative improvements.

• Ability to provide constructive feedback through code reviews and a sincere interest in mentoring junior and intermediate developers.
