• Create responsive websites that deliver an optimal user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Ensure that website functionality, security, and performance are consistently upheld.

• Diagnose and resolve website issues, bugs, and technical errors.

• Conduct regular updates, backups, and maintenance activities for the website.

• Develop and sustain website features, functionalities, and integrations.

• Implement custom themes, templates, and enhancements for the website.

• Work with APIs, plugins, and third-party applications as necessary.

• Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals and user experience metrics.

• Perform website audits and enact improvements to boost usability and conversion rates.

• Apply technical SEO best practices across all websites.

• Monitor website performance metrics and provide suggestions for enhancements.

• Collaborate with marketing, SEO, content, and design teams to support digital initiatives.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• A minimum of 3 years of professional web development experience.

• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.

• Experience with WordPress and content management systems.

• Knowledge of website hosting, DNS management, and deployment processes.
