This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Create and prototype product interfaces using mock-ups, wireframes, and interactive designs.

• Convert designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive implementations utilizing React, Typescript, and Next.js.

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to enhance user journeys and ensure optimal usability.

• Contribute to the comprehensive design system, maintaining consistency across various products and components.

• Integrate smooth animations, transitions, and interactions to elevate the user experience.

• Continuously evaluate, iterate, and refine the UI based on user feedback.

• Keep abreast of best practices in UI/UX design, frontend engineering, and Web3 tools.

• Over 5 years of experience in UI/Frontend Engineering, preferably with some design responsibilities.

• Expertise in React, Typescript, and Next.js.

• Strong design capabilities with familiarity in Figma, Sketch, or comparable design tools.

• Ability to produce wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design intentions.

• Knowledge of developing and sustaining design systems and reusable component libraries.

• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX principles.

• Detail-oriented with the capacity to balance visual design with performance and usability considerations.

• Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment with a globally distributed team.

• Bonus: Interest or experience in Web3, cryptography, or decentralized protocols.
