Staff Front End Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical lead for front-end development within cross-functional, agile teams tasked with creating impactful web applications.

• Influence architectural decisions and establish coding standards to guarantee scalability, maintainability, and performance.

• Work in partnership with product, design, and backend teams to transform concepts into engaging, accessible, and efficient interfaces.

• Set a standard by producing high-quality, testable code and conducting thorough code reviews.

• Advocate for contemporary front-end technologies, developer tools, and methodologies to continually enhance our technology stack.

• Guide and uplift fellow engineers through knowledge sharing and collaborative efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in front-end development, with significant expertise of 3+ years in React (including state management, animations, and Webpack).

• Solid grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks; React Native experience is advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience in leading or architecting complex, interactive applications from start to finish.

• A strong passion for design systems, performance enhancement, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

• Proven track record of mentoring engineers and enhancing team culture and processes.

• A collaborative approach - comfortable with brainstorming solutions or actively contributing to their implementation.

• Understanding of scalability and performance considerations across various browsers and devices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
