This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the visual design implementation for the customer-oriented Account Hub that consolidates account-level interactions across various brands.
• Produce refined, high-quality visual designs for Account Hub interfaces, modular components, and comprehensive end-to-end user experiences.
• Utilize UX expertise to pinpoint usability challenges, edge cases, and enhancements early in the iterative design process.
• Collaborate with the Design Lead and UX design colleagues to transform wireframes and architectural concepts into production-ready visual designs.
• Ensure visual consistency with corporate design system guidelines while modifying components to meet Account Hub specifications.
• Work together with the central design system team and contribute validated Account Hub patterns to the overarching global system.
• Create visual specifications, interaction documentation, and asset transfers for engineering teams.
• Engage in collaborative efforts across product management, engineering, UX design, and design system teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual design, UI design, or digital product design for complex, consumer-oriented digital web and mobile applications.
• A proven history of translating intricate functional requirements into clean, high-quality production interfaces.
• Demonstrated experience in engaging with, contributing to, and advancing enterprise design systems.
• A strong portfolio that highlights high-fidelity visual UI design, screen layouts, component patterns, and deliverable consumer-facing product work.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, including information architecture, user flows, interaction patterns, and usability.
• Extensive experience in utilizing and contributing to component libraries and UI kit design systems.
• Comfort in an agile work environment alongside product management, UX design, and software engineering teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex design decisions to non-design executives, engineering leads, and business stakeholders.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
• Capability to engage in prolonged computer use and operate computer equipment.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to company headquarters for conferences and workshops.
