Senior Visual Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design visual materials as an Illustrator, Visual Designer, or Brand Designer.

• Create logo and brand identity solutions grounded in strong branding principles.

• Generate illustrations in various styles, including 3D designs.

• Develop branding assets, social media content for Twitter and LinkedIn, banners, backdrops, and roll-ups.

• Tailor visual styles to align with client brands, moving beyond a limited personal aesthetic.

• Provide adaptable design solutions across diverse industries and project types.

• Showcase portfolio pieces in a professional manner, highlighting clear individual contributions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A design portfolio is mandatory; applications without one will not be evaluated.

• The portfolio must feature authentic client work with evident individual authorship.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience specifically as an Illustrator, Visual Designer, or Brand Designer.

• Background in Luxury, Fintech, Banking, or high-end digital design sectors.

• The portfolio should exhibit versatility across various industries and project types.

• Strong proficiency in the execution of core logo and brand identity principles.

• Capability to conceive different solutions for brand identity initiatives.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Familiarity with Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus.

• The portfolio must include a variety of illustration styles, including 3D creations.

• It should encompass illustrations, branding, social media posts for Twitter and LinkedIn, as well as banners and backdrops, including roll-ups.

• Location/timezone: EU or UAE.

• Proficient in English.

• Ability to adapt styles flexibly to meet client brand requirements.

• High attention to detail is essential.

• Professional presentation of the portfolio is required.

• Note: This is not a UX/Product Designer position; portfolios focused primarily on UX case studies, user flows, or app/dashboard UI will not be suitable.
