Senior Visual Designer

📋 Description

• Direct the visual design strategy for a specific business or product line.

• Develop captivating, user-focused visual experiences that address significant customer challenges.

• Guide and support teams to prioritize customer needs and user outcomes in their design choices.

• Collect, assess, and implement customer insights and use cases to shape design strategy.

• Collaborate with UX Researchers and UX Designers to comprehend user requirements and outline product structure.

• Produce unique visual design assets while introducing innovative design patterns and style guides.

• Review briefs, identify challenges, and formulate creative solutions.

• Gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and designers, then refine and test solutions accordingly.

• Utilize analytics, customer insights, testing outcomes, and other data to set metrics and steer design strategy.

• Cultivate relationships with technology teams and convey designs effectively across various platforms.

• Guide fellow designers and contribute to the evolution of design practices.

• Proficient in user-centered design methodologies.

• Extensive expertise in design software such as Adobe and Sketch.

• Capability to produce high-quality visual designs across diverse platforms.

• Experience in collaborating with UX Researchers, UX Designers, developers, and stakeholders.

• Skilled in using InVision and Zeplin to convey designs to development teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Aptitude for identifying issues and suggesting solutions.

• Capacity to develop innovative ideas, enhance processes, and assist in implementation planning.
