Creative Graphic Designer Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the business landscape and organizational needs.

• Investigate products and collaborate with the marketing team on strategic plans.

• Engage with internal teams to brainstorm new ideas and strategies.

• Develop visual concepts for digital media campaigns, internal communications, presentations, and websites.

• Analyze requirements and designs, produce drafts, present concepts, incorporate feedback, and finalize outputs.

• Design infographics, videos, illustrations, logos, and various other visual formats.

• Periodically collaborate with designers, artists, and stakeholders.

• Showcase marketing initiatives to management and stakeholders.

• Assist business leaders and stakeholders in reaching business objectives.

• Take part in weekly meetings with different teams.

• Complete small-scale projects on a weekly basis.

• Student or graduate with an interest in graphic design and creative editing.

• Any graduate qualification is acceptable.

• Strong conceptual understanding in the relevant field.

• Capability to translate ideas into artistic designs.

• Proficiency in tools such as Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Canva, GIMP, and CorelDRAW.

• Sharp eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.

• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team and adhere to systems and processes.

• Eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges.

• Must possess a computer, smartphone, reliable internet connection, and noise-cancellation headphones.

• Ability or willingness to engage in weekly meetings and commit 10–15 hours per week.
