Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Create visually appealing and effective designs for marketing and user acquisition initiatives.

• Develop digital assets for social media, including email headers and templates, social media content, game assets, and other creative requests.

• Execute tasks promptly and efficiently while maintaining high standards.

• Ensure all deliverables are in line with brand guidelines and enhance brand visual identities.

• Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to offer creative suggestions.

• Adhere to campaign timelines to facilitate smooth execution of campaigns.

• Collaborate with the Promotions and User Acquisition teams as well as the broader remote team.

• Report directly to the Graphic Design Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for high-quality graphic design, demonstrated through a robust portfolio of digital design work.

• Exceptional creative and conceptual abilities, with experience in user acquisition.

• Advanced skills in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

• Prior experience or exposure to the iGaming/casino industry is crucial.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Basic video editing skills for straightforward designs.

• Formal education in design.

• A strong interest in current design trends.

• Highly organized and proactive, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; open to constructive feedback.

• Capacity to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines.
