Senior Visual Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive the visual design strategy for a specific business or product line.

• Develop captivating, user-focused visual experiences that address customer challenges.

• Guide and mentor teams to ensure that customer requirements and user outcomes remain at the forefront of design decisions.

• Collect, assess, and apply customer insights and use cases to shape the design strategy.

• Collaborate with UX Researchers and UX Designers to comprehend user needs, outline product structure, and craft visual experiences.

• Design original visual assets and establish design patterns and style guides.

• Review briefs, identify challenges, and create innovative solutions.

• Gather feedback, iterate, and test solutions to enhance outcomes.

• Utilize analytics, customer insights, testing results, and other data to determine metrics and steer design strategy.

• Cultivate relationships with technology teams and effectively communicate designs across various platforms.

• Provide mentorship to fellow designers and assist in the development of design practices.

• Expertise in user-centered design methodologies.

• In-depth knowledge of design tools such as Adobe and Sketch.

• Capability to produce high-quality visual designs across diverse platforms.

• Proven experience working collaboratively with UX Researchers, UX Designers, developers, and stakeholders.

• Skilled in using InVision and Zeplin to convey designs to development teams.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.

• Capacity to generate new ideas, enhance processes, and assist with implementation planning.
