This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Establish robust, compliant relationships with a diverse array of healthcare providers (HCPs) across various specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, and community clinics) by understanding their needs and delivering precise, balanced information regarding Invivyd’s products and solutions.
• Facilitate clinical discussions that inspire customers to take action for their patients and engage the entire account to identify any barriers to providing suitable solutions.
• Identify common priorities and utilize knowledge and strategies within the full account to create a territory business plan that drives product demand by addressing the needs of key partners and, ultimately, their patients to achieve exceptional results.
• Leverage your understanding of the broader healthcare landscape for account selling, including provider offices and health systems, and comprehend how decisions are made in these environments.
• Manage your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating accountability, energy, and drive by owning the outcome of your results with a sense of urgency while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and educational discussions to support patient care decisions by utilizing all approved resources in accordance with company training and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate as a positive energy multiplier with colleagues in marketing, market access, and other teams to meet customer needs and achieve shared success.
• Operate with an enterprise mindset to gather and share customer insights, feedback, and inquiries to help Invivyd continuously enhance its service to providers and patients.
• Work with cross-functional partners on overall account and territory strategy to maximize internal and external knowledge on accessing products and services.
• Collect customer, market data, and insights to effectively employ multiple channels to drive comprehensive selling engagements.
• Apply a data-driven approach to prioritize customers/accounts to maximize impact in alignment with the strategic plan.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Sales experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles within biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices is required.
• Candidates must reside within the designated territory.
• Must be able to fulfill the requirement of being in the field five days a week, including overnight stays as necessary, while conducting visits and completing all administrative tasks related to the role.
• Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory as required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and engaging in meaningful discussions with healthcare providers.
