This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with creative directors, team members, and internal stakeholders to define project expectations, scope, and timelines.
• Create and oversee project budgets for both large-scale productions and smaller initiatives.
• Take ownership of creative vision support, scheduling, budget oversight, and internal satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Choose external vendors, agencies, crew, and editors; negotiate rates and manage relationships with vendors and freelancers.
• Monitor financial performance to ensure project profitability.
• Complete purchase orders, statements of work (SOWs), and necessary project documentation.
• Handle multiple projects at once.
• Communicate project updates to internal stakeholders.
• Advocate for creative work internally and identify budget-friendly solutions.
• Manage post-production workflows across editing, color correction, audio, and graphics.
• Guide multiple versions of deliverables through the post-production phase.
• Archive finished projects and finalize project finances.
• Build and maintain relationships with external film vendors and production resources.
• Understand the roles and responsibilities of crew members in productions.
• Over 8 years of experience in video production as a line producer, production manager, or internal brand video producer.
• Strong skills in budgeting and budget management.
• Knowledge of union regulations, including those of IATSE and SAG.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• A passion for creative endeavors and a disciplined approach to project completion.
• A collaborative, team-oriented, and positive mindset focused on solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
• Experience producing in a fast-paced environment and navigating complex organizations efficiently.
• Familiarity with the entire creative development process from brief to delivery.
• Extensive experience in post-production, including overseeing edits with various versions and deliverables.
• Experience with international productions.
• A four-year degree in fine arts, film, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
