This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage the sales strategy and its implementation throughout the Americas.
β’ Propel revenue growth and broaden market reach.
β’ Build and maintain relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.
β’ Lead and guide a high-achieving sales team.
β’ Present performance insights to executive leadership.
β’ Over 12 years of experience in enterprise sales.
β’ Minimum of 7 years in a leadership position, ideally within SaaS, LegalTech, Data Privacy, or a related sector.
β’ Demonstrated success in guiding teams to surpass sales objectives.
β’ Strong knowledge of LegalTech and data protection laws.
β’ Proficiency in strategic account planning and consultative selling techniques.
β’ Willingness to travel as required (25-50%).
