• The SVP functions as a strategic collaborator with the COO and field leadership—conducting systematic operating reviews, developing and executing standardized tools and process modifications, identifying and addressing root causes, and mobilizing resources to rectify performance deficiencies.
• This position also acts as the enterprise escalation point for operational challenges, deploying specialized SWAT teams to assess, stabilize, enhance, and scale performance.
• Depending on the individual and the final organizational structure, this role may additionally oversee Facilities and Integration functions to ensure operational uniformity, fiscal discipline, and smooth onboarding of acquired assets.
• Take ownership of the enterprise operating KPI framework, ensuring alignment from Board-level metrics to corporate, regional, and facility-level scorecards.
• Standardize definitions, reporting methodologies, and performance thresholds, and in collaboration with the data analytics team, help cultivate a data-driven operational culture.
• Facilitate structured operating reviews that extend beyond simple reporting to become disciplined, accountable, and action-oriented sessions.
• Ensure clear action plans, ownership of accountability, and follow-through on performance discrepancies.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives that significantly impact EBITDA, cash flow, and clinical efficiency, including but not limited to: OR utilization optimization, staffing model redesign and labor productivity, supplies standardization and cost control, revenue cycle throughput enhancements, clinical throughput and scheduling efficiency, and site-level EBITDA turnaround strategies.
