This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and advocate for a forward-thinking marketing vision and roadmap to position Precision as an industry leader.
• Design and implement a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy aimed at boosting lead generation and brand visibility.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive actions, and new market opportunities to refine and future-proof Precision's marketing approach.
• Collaborate closely with the business unit and other senior executives to ensure that marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
• Set clear metrics to assess marketing performance and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee and strategically manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation for maximum effectiveness.
• Develop and execute an events-based awareness and lead generation strategy for conferences, webinars, and industry events to enhance Precision’s visibility and influence.
• Work with internal and external partners to secure Precision’s involvement in prestigious sponsorships, speaking opportunities, panels, and industry discussions.
• Utilize event analytics to gauge success, collect feedback, and continually refine event strategies for optimal impact.
• Position Precision as a leading authority in the industry through targeted thought leadership initiatives.
• Manage the strategy for high-value thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies, blogs, and industry reports.
• Provide guidance to the PR agency with insights to create and implement a PR strategy that highlights key achievements, partnerships, experts, and innovations through media outreach, press releases, and news features.
• Develop strategy and lead the team in executing high-impact marketing campaigns driven by market insights, customer feedback, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to utilize marketing technology tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Ads for enhanced campaign performance.
• Direct website optimization efforts to ensure they align with Precision's branding and business objectives.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in senior marketing roles, with a proven record of success at the SVP or VP level.
• Proven success in the pharmaceutical, healthcare consulting, or related sectors.
• Expertise in marketing data, software, and technology products across both digital and traditional channels.
• Strong writing skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in driving marketing strategies for data-driven products or SaaS solutions.
• Proficiency in marketing platforms such as SEMrush, HubSpot, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
