This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with Legalist’s business goals and growth objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for enhancing our market presence and strengthening our brand.
• Convert business priorities into quantifiable marketing initiatives across brand, content, communications, and digital platforms.
• Set our marketing priorities and assess the effectiveness of our initiatives.
• Take ownership of Legalist’s brand in all external marketing materials and communications.
• Maintain consistent messaging and visual identity in client-facing presentations and digital assets.
• Manage relationships with designers, PR partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Pursue opportunities to enhance our brand visibility through PR, media engagements, and thought leadership.
• Oversee Legalist’s content strategy, which includes newsletters, our website, thought leadership, and other marketing channels.
• Collaborate closely with our internal subject matter experts to simplify complex legal and financial topics into engaging content.
• Manage pitch decks, presentations, one-pagers, newsletters, and case studies that aid business development efforts.
• Ensure our website remains active and representative of the Legalist brand.
• Work alongside our designers and external website vendors to improve the website experience.
• Establish KPIs and consistently assess marketing performance.
• Utilize data to uncover opportunities and enhance our marketing efficiency.
• Create reports that provide leadership with clear insights into marketing performance and business impact.
• 8-15 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in asset management, financial services, legal, fintech, or other relationship-focused industries.
• Strong preference for experience in content creation and brand marketing within the fintech, legal, or asset management sectors.
• Proven experience managing a marketing function in a growing company or leading marketing in a streamlined environment.
• Robust marketing background, encompassing brand marketing, content, communications, and PR.
• Experience in managing websites, creating marketing materials, pitch decks, presentations, newsletters, and email marketing.
• Proficient in working with data to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating directly with senior leadership.
• A builder mentality with a readiness to take initiative and execute tasks.
