• Create and enhance the interconnected experience that transforms individuals who are unfamiliar with our brand into high-intent leads, guiding them through the sales process and continuously nurturing them throughout their customer journey.
• Formulate and implement the quarterly growth strategy, establishing clear pipeline and conversion objectives that align with the overarching business goals.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to convert audience insights into targeted, high-impact marketing initiatives.
• Develop and manage a unified, omni-channel campaign strategy that effectively cuts through the noise and engages prospects at every phase of the buyer's journey.
• Take ownership of marketing metrics from top-of-funnel to revenue (MQL - SQL - Pipeline - Revenue). Proactively identify and address funnel leaks to enhance conversion rates.
• Strategically plan and distribute the marketing budget across various demand channels (Paid Media, Email, Webinars, Events) to maximize return on investment and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and unify a team of specialists across Demand Generation, Events, and Lifecycle marketing to achieve cohesive growth objectives.
• Maintain a close partnership with the Sales team, ensuring consistent lead quality, shared pipeline targets, and effective feedback mechanisms that expedite deal closures.
• Over 7 years of experience in growth/demand generation marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership position managing cross-functional teams (preferably in Edtech or B2B sectors).
• Extensive knowledge in creating and optimizing full-funnel marketing engines. You excel at scaling paid channels, enhancing email lifecycles, and utilizing events for pipeline growth.
• Strong analytical capabilities. You are adept at using dashboards, enjoy attribution modeling, and make budgetary decisions grounded in data rather than intuition.
• A demonstrated history of successfully collaborating with Sales and Product Marketing teams to achieve common revenue objectives.
• A builder's mindset. You are comfortable navigating uncertainty, prioritizing effectively, and driving rapid experimentation.
• Fair, Competitive Pay: We ensure equal pay for equal work, following consistent salary bands informed by market benchmarks, reviewed annually. Previous salaries, negotiation skills, or fear of conflict do not affect your pay.
• Comprehensive benefits: We provide an inclusive benefits package aimed at supporting your overall well-being. Eligibility is based on your role and employment status.
