This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• You will take charge of how Teramind is marketed, packaged, and sold.
• Develop messaging that spans four interconnected categories (IRM, DLP, AI Governance, employee monitoring).
• Equip the sales team with the necessary tools to succeed.
• Convert a rapidly evolving product roadmap into compelling narratives that resonate in the market.
• Oversee our creative production function by managing an AI-focused content creator.
• Create systems that enable a streamlined team to produce work at the level of one three times its size.
• Own and consistently test the core positioning across IRM, DLP, AI Governance, and employee monitoring.
• Develop persona and buyer-journey frameworks, and validate them against actual closed-won and closed-lost data.
• Manage the sales enablement toolkit: onboarding presentations, demo scripts, objection-handling guides, and pricing/packaging narratives.
• Create and update competitive battlecards (including Forcepoint, Microsoft Purview, ActivTrak, and others).
• Collaborate with Product to translate the roadmap into go-to-market narratives, launch strategies, and sales-facing materials.
• Conduct and analyze win/loss and churn interviews to refine messaging and inform the roadmap.
• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in B2B cybersecurity or a related enterprise SaaS field.
• Established expertise in ownership of positioning within a multi-category or category-creation context.
• Proven success in developing sales enablement resources that are effectively utilized by sales teams.
• Proficient in competitive intelligence—capable of transforming win/loss data into sharper messaging rather than just reports.
• Experience in managing creative or content talent, with a genuine interest in AI-driven production workflows.
• Strong writing abilities; this will be assessed directly.
• Experience in analyst relations (e.g., Gartner, Forrester).
