This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Breeze’s brand strategy, positioning, and narrative across all platforms.
• Establish the brand and marketing foundations from the ground up, including messaging frameworks, processes, and metrics.
• Lead product marketing initiatives, encompassing positioning, launches, and validating product-market fit.
• Develop and expand social, content, and community channels to enhance awareness, engagement, and trust.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Operations to synchronize marketing with the company’s strategy and growth objectives.
• Spearhead the go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and market expansions.
• Set clear KPIs and reporting mechanisms to assess brand health, pipeline impact, and marketing performance.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO regarding brand, market perception, and growth opportunities.
• Build, recruit, and expand a high-performing brand and marketing team over time.
• Oversee agencies, freelancers, and external partners to support execution as the company scales.
• Assist with employer branding and thought leadership initiatives as the company evolves (nice to have).
• Over 10 years of experience in brand, marketing, or product marketing roles, preferably within tech or fintech sectors.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling brands at high-growth or rapidly expanding companies.
• Extensive experience in product marketing, positioning, and achieving product-market fit.
• Strong grasp of social platforms, community-building, and contemporary digital marketing channels.
• Experience as the most senior marketing leader at a company, or serving as a direct report to a CMO at larger organizations.
• Proven track record of building or scaling a marketing team in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Strong strategic thinking complemented by a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
• Exceptional storytelling, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
