• Act as a strategic consultant and thought leader in utilizing Mimica to help customers achieve their desired business objectives.
• Ensure prompt issue resolution and provide product support when customers and users face obstacles and challenges.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Partner teams to collaboratively develop and implement customer account strategies. Spot opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and further growth within existing accounts.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, championing customer needs and offering feedback to internal teams, including Engineering, Machine Learning, and Product, to shape Mimica’s roadmap and innovation pipeline.
• Create and implement customized customer success plans to guarantee value delivery in alignment with customer strategic initiatives, while proactively addressing any obstacles to success.
• Communicate with customers regarding their business by identifying problems, issues, or opportunities. Analyze Mimica outputs to provide actionable insights, draw critical conclusions, make transformative recommendations, and establish clear next steps to realize value.
• Conduct training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions to enhance user adoption.
• Proven experience in customer success, value engineering, or management consulting, with a focus on driving business results and stakeholder alignment.
• Practical experience with process improvement methodologies or tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) and identifying operational inefficiencies.
• Strong analytical capabilities—proficient in working with large datasets in Excel, utilizing pivot tables, lookups, and custom formulas to extract insights.
• Demonstrated success in establishing trust-based relationships with both business and technical audiences, adjusting communication style to influence stakeholders across various functions and levels.
• Excellent communication skills—capable of translating complex data into compelling insights, delivering engaging presentations and training sessions, and connecting with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in dynamic environments, balancing both strategic and tactical requirements.
• A collaborative attitude with a proactive approach and a commitment to enhancing internal processes and customer outcomes.
• Motivation to continuously develop your skills, refine team processes, and minimize inefficiencies.
• Bonus: Experience in process intelligence, task mining, automation, or GenAI implementation.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or Salesforce.
• History of delivering value quickly and iteratively in fast-paced startup settings.
