This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead financial institution clients towards quantifiable business results by conducting value-based engagements such as assessments, platform evaluations, and alignment sessions.
• Convert client business goals into actionable strategies by examining platform usage, performance metrics, benchmarks, and industry trends.
• Create clear value narratives that link Alkami platform capabilities to client priorities, financial benefits, and operational efficiency.
• Manage the entire value consulting process independently by defining scope, performing analyses, and delivering high-quality outputs ready for clients.
• Share insights and recommendations with client stakeholders through impactful, data-driven presentations and consultative discussions.
• Contribute to account strategy and commercial initiatives by providing value insights for renewals, expansions, and strategic account planning.
• Collaborate across departments with Sales, Customer Success, and Relationship Management to align on customer objectives, engagement timelines, and success metrics.
• Discover opportunities for enhanced adoption and optimization by evaluating clients against industry peers and best practices.
• Use sound judgment to navigate ambiguous or complex client situations by modifying established value frameworks as necessary.
• Record engagement outcomes and insights by producing clear deliverables that reinforce Alkami’s value messaging and proposed next steps.
• Offer feedback to internal teams by sharing recurring client insights that guide product direction, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Alkami’s platform and the digital banking landscape by keeping up-to-date with product features, releases, and market trends.
• Exemplify strong consulting practices by showcasing executive presence, analytical rigor, and a customer-first approach in all interactions.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in value consulting, value engineering, management consulting, sales engineering, customer success, or a similar role in SaaS, fintech, or banking technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Robust understanding of financial institution operations, digital banking strategies, and technology-driven business outcomes.
• Proven ability to simplify complex data, product features, and analytics into clear, outcome-oriented business recommendations.
• Experience leading client-focused workshops, presentations, and strategic conversations with mid- to senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to evaluate usage data, benchmarks, KPIs, and performance metrics to guide decision-making.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously on complex engagements while effectively collaborating with internal teams.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and applying judgment to adjust standard frameworks to specific client scenarios.
