This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist clients from financial institutions in achieving quantifiable business results through value-driven engagements, assessments, platform evaluations, and alignment sessions focused on outcomes.
• Evaluate platform utilization, performance metrics, benchmarks, and industry developments to formulate actionable suggestions.
• Link Alkami platform functionalities to client objectives, financial ramifications, and operational effectiveness by crafting clear value narratives.
• Take charge of comprehensive value consulting projects from start to finish, including defining scope, executing analyses, and producing client-ready deliverables.
• Deliver data-supported insights and recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Aid in renewals, expansions, and strategic account planning by providing value-oriented perspectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Relationship Management teams regarding customer objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
• Recognize opportunities for adoption and optimization through peer comparisons and best-practice benchmarks.
• Customize value frameworks for ambiguous or complex client situations.
• Record engagement results and suggest subsequent steps.
• Communicate ongoing client insights with internal teams to guide product development, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Stay informed about Alkami’s platform, product updates, digital banking trends, and market dynamics.
• Exhibit executive presence, analytical thoroughness, and a customer-centric approach.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in value consulting, value engineering, management consulting, sales engineering, customer success, or a similar role in SaaS, fintech, or banking technology.
• Proven experience working independently on client-facing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong comprehension of financial institution operations, digital banking strategies, and technology-driven business results.
• Established ability to convert complex data, product features, and analytics into straightforward, outcome-oriented business recommendations.
• Experience facilitating client workshops, presentations, and strategic conversations with mid- to senior-level stakeholders.
• Analytical expertise in evaluating usage data, benchmarks, KPIs, and performance indicators.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently on intricate projects while collaborating with internal teams.
• Ability to thrive in uncertain environments and modify standard frameworks to fit unique client situations.
