Senior UX/UI Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design and deliver projects from initial concepts and wireframes to meticulously crafted final designs for both web and mobile platforms.

• Facilitate and engage in creative brainstorming sessions, influencing the direction of diverse digital experiences.

• Advocate for mobile-first, user-centered design principles while motivating the team to continuously elevate quality standards.

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of a top-tier design system, ensuring uniformity and scalability across digital interfaces.

• Present design proposals and effectively communicate design rationale to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

• Collaborate with developers to guarantee designs are executed with precision and seamless integration.

• Create interactive prototypes and micro-animations that convey design intent and boost user engagement.

• Work in close partnership with the research team to comprehend user needs and validate design choices throughout the development process.

• Design experiences for a global audience, taking into account localization and translation requirements.

• Work with the Brand team and other product design teams to ensure cohesive brand integration across all platforms.

• Evaluate existing UX patterns and competitive design landscapes to guide design decisions.

• Mentor junior designers, contributing to the overall enhancement of design quality within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in designing for large-scale and highly visible websites or digital products.

• Solid foundation in digital design and marketing, ideally with a background in marketing or communications.

• A hybrid skill set that merges visual design with UX expertise.

• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.

• Experience in designing across various devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop.

• Proven experience in presenting concepts and design solutions to senior leadership.

• Familiarity with fast-paced, iterative design environments.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to craftsmanship.

• A compelling portfolio that showcases clean, thoughtful, and inspiring design work.

• Ability to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and take initiative on complex design challenges.

• Proficiency in English is essential for this role, as collaboration with US clients is required. Effective communication in English is crucial to deliver optimal solutions and broaden your professional horizons.
