Senior UX/UI Designer – UX focused

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Lead UX projects from initial discovery to final delivery across various digital products.

• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative user research, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

• Analyze user behavior, business objectives, and competitive landscapes to guide design choices.

• Establish UX strategies that align with product and business objectives.

• Develop user journeys, user flows, information architecture, and experience maps.

• Create wireframes, low- and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Generate UX documentation, including personas, storyboards, and design specifications.

• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Strategists, Researchers, and Visual Designers.

• Present and articulate design rationale to stakeholders.

• Validate design solutions through usability testing and iterative improvements.

• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across responsive web experiences.

• Support projects through all stages of the product lifecycle, from discovery to launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in UX Design or UX/UI Design.

• Strong proficiency in Figma.

• Experience working with either U.S.-based or global enterprise clients.

• Proven track record of designing digital experiences within complex, large-scale organizations and established design/product ecosystems.

• Experience in designing responsive web applications.

• Practical experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

• Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.

• Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.

• Ability to produce clear and concise UX documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• A robust online portfolio showcasing UX case studies and the design process.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.

• Candidates must be located in Latin America (LATAM).
