Senior UX/UI Designer – Modern AI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the product experience from start to finish, encompassing information architecture, primary workflows, onboarding processes, dashboards, data visualization, as well as empty and error states on mobile platforms.

• Evaluate the current product, pinpoint issues, and prioritize enhancements for user experience.

• Develop onboarding and initial user experiences that provide valuable insights swiftly.

• Design charts, tables, comparisons, defaults, and interfaces that explain functionality clearly.

• Create interaction frameworks for conversational and agentic AI features, focusing on reasoning, uncertainty, trust, and verification aspects.

• Establish the design system, which includes components, tokens, and reusable design patterns.

• Oversee the marketing website, product marketing materials, and overall visual identity.

• Conduct ongoing user research with expert internal operators and various users.

• Work collaboratively with engineers and leadership to promote investment in design.

• Assess the impact on activation, retention, revenue, and time to first insight.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience designing SaaS products, with a portfolio of shipped work that you can present.

• Proven experience in transforming complex, data-rich software into user-friendly solutions, particularly in analytics, BI, fintech, development tools, or operational platforms.

• Strong proficiency in data visualization, including familiarity with various chart types and dashboard design principles.

• Understanding of contemporary AI product design and the integration of AI tools within the design workflow.

• Capability to function as the complete design team: defining scope, designing, shipping, and measuring outcomes.

• Skill in advocating for design investment through metrics related to activation, retention, and revenue generation.

• Proficiency in prototyping using Figma, coding, or AI-enhanced tools.
