Senior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance design system components in partnership with design leadership and engineering teams.

• Lead the complete UX design process across all digital platforms.

• Utilize AI-driven design tools for research synthesis, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and iteration.

• Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams to develop user-centered designs that align with brand goals.

• Leverage user research, analytics, feedback, A/B testing, and behavioral data to inform interface enhancements.

• Create AI-enhanced platform experiences tailored for underwriters, processors, and loan officer personas.

• Responsibly present AI-generated recommendations, confidence metrics, and explainability within product designs.

• Contribute to design methodologies, collaborative practices, workflow efficiency, and responsible AI tools.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Ensure regular and punctual attendance.

• Execute other related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a comparable field.

• Four (4) to six (6) years of pertinent experience in a design role.

• Portfolio showcasing a diverse skill set in UX design.

• Exceptional ability to articulate, present, defend, and negotiate design concepts visually, verbally, and in writing.

• Proficiency in analyzing user research and conducting A/B testing/behavioral analytics.

• Familiarity with Lean UX methodologies.

• Advanced skills in Figma.

• Knowledge of usertesting.com, Jira, and Confluence.

• Demonstrated capability to resolve complex design challenges and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Excellent independent work habits and ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

• Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-driven development tools.

• Experience in prompt engineering and interaction with AI systems.

• Understanding of Vibe Coding principles.

• Skill in utilizing AI tools while ensuring quality and security.

• Knowledge of best practices for AI integration in design and development workflows.

• Capacity to stay updated with advancing AI technologies and UX/UI applications.

• Experience with the comprehensive UX process, including research, testing, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.

• Strong understanding of web and mobile ecosystems.

• Certifications from NN/g and IxDF are advantageous, but not mandatory.
