Senior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary executor of design outputs for one-off digital initiatives and retainers, supporting Art Directors in establishing the project's vision and the deliverables required.

• Take charge of digital design projects with minimal input and guidance from Art Directors.

• Collaborate with the lead strategist to finalize website sitemaps and allocate page templates according to the content strategy.

• Spearhead the creation and presentation of wireframes and design concepts to assist organizations in understanding how they can achieve audience goals and business objectives.

• Integrate client and internal feedback with a focus on detail and strategic implementation.

• Manage multiple priorities effectively, knowing when and how to transition between projects to meet deadlines.

• Actively mentor junior designers by facilitating collaboration and sharing knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects in design, web development, or digital marketing.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong expertise in project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Basecamp, Slack).

• Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize conflicting deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is advantageous.

• Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
