Senior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer design support while incorporating a UX perspective.

• Conduct audits of the product to identify areas for the implementation of the design system and generate tickets to facilitate execution.

• Proactively assess key workflows with the aim of enhancing their intuitiveness.

• Assist in refining UX experiences that are overly complex, simplifying them and developing intuitive patterns.

• Apply Design System guidelines and further develop the UX patterns established in Syllo.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years showcasing UI/UX experience in addressing complex products, including Before and After case studies.

• Proficient in understanding various user types and translating user needs into intuitive workflows.

• Capability to transform highly complex workflows into intuitive experiences.

• Skilled at introducing innovative features and workflows to users in a manner that encourages adoption.

• In-depth knowledge of UX patterns and a strong understanding of navigational solutions to guide users seamlessly through complex workflows.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and practices.

• Excellent communication skills, especially in conveying concepts and solutions to non-designers effectively.

• Knowledge of AI coding related to Design and UX is an advantage.

• Skills in creating wireframes and prototypes using Figma are a plus.
