Senior UX/UI Designer – AI Internal Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to grasp user needs, business objectives, and software requirements.

• Design, develop, and enhance user interfaces in accordance with end-user preferences and business criteria.

• Generate design artifacts, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs utilizing Figma.

• Evaluate user needs and software requirements to assess feasibility within set timelines and budgetary constraints.

• Assist in the design and development of internal tools for customer service, sales, account management, and marketing applications.

• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure that designs meet business goals, technical feasibility, and user experience standards.

• Contribute to data-informed UI development and design decisions based on user needs, feedback, and business objectives.

• Effectively convey design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Produce high-quality design work swiftly while ensuring a strong focus on usability, visual appeal, and consistency.

• Assist in planning software systems, offering layout recommendations and interface enhancements as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a similar technical field.

• Over 10 years of professional experience in software design, UX/UI development, product design, or a related area.

• At least 5 years of experience in UX design.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UI design.

• More than 5 years of direct experience with Figma.

• Proven track record in designing and developing professional user interfaces.

• Experience with data-driven UI development.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of gathering requirements and articulating design decisions.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to operate within time and budget constraints.

• A portfolio is required, showcasing strong UX, UI, visual design skills, and the design process.
