This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the design team to enhance and uphold the design system, ensuring that components and documentation are consistent, scalable, and current.
• Create, prototype, and evaluate intuitive solutions that streamline complex workflows and enhance the clarity of our digital products.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of our customers and convert both qualitative insights and quantitative data into innovative ideas and informed design decisions.
• Work alongside other designers, UX researchers, product managers, and engineering leads to support the product roadmap and drive effective solutions.
• Produce high-quality interfaces that set a benchmark for design excellence.
• Regularly present work during design reviews, fostering a culture of open feedback and continuous improvement.
• Incorporate ADA and accessibility best practices throughout the design process, utilizing appropriate tools to ensure inclusive and compliant experiences for all users.
• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or a related field from a four-year university or an equivalent college degree.
• 2-3 years of pertinent design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools for defining and validating solutions.
• Skilled in thoughtfully designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, with a keen eye for detail, emerging trends, user behavior, and interaction patterns.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a readiness to work across the organization.
• Capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, while adapting to roadmap discovery and delivery timelines.
• Organized, time-conscious, and detail-oriented.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
