Learning Experience Designer II, Bilingual – Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize relevant teaching experiences along with knowledge of learning sciences, pedagogy, and instructional design.

• Create well-articulated, pedagogy-driven, digital-first solutions.

• Collaborate effectively as a member of an agile scrum team.

• Take the lead on sections of the solution while receiving guidance from senior team members.

• Outline the complete user journey for all digital interactions.

• Develop and modify content and metadata to enhance a research-centric, digital-first experience.

• Act as a developer within a scrum team.

• Engage in user research and champion its importance.

• Leverage insights from data analysis to suggest remedies for market challenges.

• Provide iterative solutions that are delivered punctually and within budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, or a related discipline.

• 3-4 years of experience in instructional design for K-12 students, or a blend of K-12 instructional design and teaching experience.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

• Strong expertise in K-12 reading instruction.

• Prior K-12 teaching experience is preferred.

• Experience in designing content for biliteracy instruction (Spanish/English) and multilingual education.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Experience with agile scrum teams and familiarity with JIRA is preferred.

• Background in working with a content management system is preferred.

• Experience in utilizing data analysis and interpretation to inform market solutions is preferred.

• Familiarity with creating and applying metadata is preferred.
