Senior Product Designer – App/Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and map user journeys to transform insights into effective product strategies;

• Prototype solutions and uphold design system consistency, ensuring scalability and thorough documentation;

• Track performance metrics and promote data-driven design choices to enhance business outcomes;

• Organize design methodologies and processes aimed at efficiency and quantifiable results;

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in designing product interfaces for applications and mobile platforms;

• A portfolio showcasing the complete process: from discovery to delivery, along with associated business results;

• Proficiency in design systems, atomic design principles, and componentization;

• Familiarity with design methodologies throughout discovery, growth, and product scaling phases;

• Strong understanding of UX research techniques: interviews, personas, journeys, prototyping, and documentation;

• Capability to convert business requirements into human-centered design (HCD) solutions that add value;

• Analytical mindset to uncover problems and opportunities beyond the stated requirements;

• Expertise in design heuristics and usability best practices;

• Advanced experience with Figma, including features like auto layout, variants, and interface componentization;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present and justify design decisions;

• Experience in product environments characterized by rapid experimentation cycles (A/B testing, continuous discovery, etc.);

• Comfort with data-driven decision-making utilizing analytics tools (Hotjar, Amplitude, Clarity, GA, or similar).
