Senior Manager, Product Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead and nurture a multidisciplinary team of Product Designers, promoting a culture centered on innovation, collaboration, and design excellence.

• Actively engage in high-priority design projects through hands-on design execution, providing creative direction, conducting design reviews, prototyping, and delivering presentations at the executive level.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, Growth, and Product teams to ensure a unified customer experience and consistent brand representation across all platforms.

• Oversee the visual enhancement of the Binance.US product experience, advancing the design system, patterns, and best practices to create a modern, cohesive, and scalable user experience.

• Manage hiring, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and professional growth for the design organization, which includes establishing performance expectations, conducting regular performance evaluations, offering coaching and feedback, and overseeing performance improvement plans when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related fields.

• More than 5 years of experience in people management, leading and developing high-performing design teams.

• Established track record of balancing strategic leadership roles with hands-on design execution on impactful initiatives.

• Experience in designing for fintech, cryptocurrency, trading platforms, financial services, or other regulated sectors is highly preferred.

• Strong capability to drive comprehensive product design outcomes at scale, from discovery and prototyping to delivery, while emphasizing continuous enhancement.

• Familiarity with products and brands operating in the U.S. market, including understanding U.S. consumer expectations, regulatory factors, and market entry dynamics.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Growth, and Executive Leadership teams.
