This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage workflows from start to finish alongside Product and Engineering, encompassing assessment of needs, delivery, and evaluation of results.
• Conduct visits to warehouses to observe personnel and leverage these insights to guide design choices.
• Craft adaptive, context-sensitive workflows for scanners, mobile devices, desktops, and hardware-integrated platforms.
• Enhance the design system to ensure its scalability across various platforms and surfaces.
• Utilize AI technologies to refine delivered products and identify where AI can be beneficial or counterproductive.
• Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering throughout the design and implementation phases.
• Engage in customer visits.
• Participate in portfolio, problem-solving, and product-and-engineering interviews as part of the recruitment process.
• Located in Buenos Aires.
• Possess a valid visa or ESTA for entry into the US.
• Over 5 years of experience in designing digital products.
• Proficient in Figma.
• A portfolio showcasing the simplification of complex workflows and data-intensive interfaces.
• Experience with integrating AI-driven functionalities.
• Capable of working without detailed specifications and able to iterate swiftly.
• Ability to comprehend holistic systems while focusing on interface language.
• Comfortable with analytics, success metrics, and making evidence-based decisions.
• Openness to discarding ideas when contradicted by evidence from the warehouse floor.
• Customer visits are an integral aspect of the role.
