Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Management and Architecture to establish experience strategies across essential platform areas, influencing not only the development process but also the presentation and interaction of intelligent, AI-driven features.

• Spearhead problem identification and user insight generation for intricate supply chain workflows, utilizing a combination of user research, data analysis, and AI-assisted discovery methods to reveal significant opportunities.

• Convert uncertainty into distinct experience guidance using the appropriate level of detail — ranging from quick concepts to information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, design specifications, and refined high-fidelity UI designs.

• Create user experiences centered around AI that utilize recommendation systems, intelligent automation, conversational interfaces, predictive analytics, decision-support workflows, and agentic interaction models.

• Implement AI-assisted workflows throughout the UX process, including research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, content creation, design exploration, usability testing, and documentation enhancement.

• Foster ongoing validation and learning by merging qualitative and quantitative techniques to assess experience efficacy and inform product strategies.

• Work closely with engineering teams to guarantee high-quality execution — iterating in real-time, influencing design trade-offs, and ensuring that experiences meet rigorous standards for functionality, usability, and refinement.

• Serve as a strong advocate for UX in cross-functional decision-making, promoting user and business outcomes while assisting teams in navigating complexity and uncertainty.

• Develop and expand design systems and interaction frameworks that ensure consistency while fostering innovation, especially for AI-driven and data-intensive experiences.

• Contribute to a culture of design excellence and innovation, elevating the standards for craft, systems thinking, and the role of UX in an AI-driven product development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience designing sophisticated, data-rich enterprise applications, with a proven ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, high-impact experiences.

• Proficient in designing adaptive AI-infused experiences that merge intelligent guidance, automation, conversational workflows, and decision-support features while maintaining usability, explainability, user agency, and operational trust.

• Demonstrated experience leading UX for significant product areas or initiatives, influencing direction across product, engineering, and design teams.

• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking — from problem identification and user insights to delivered outcomes.

• Strong systems thinking abilities, with the capability to comprehend and design within intricate technical domains (e.g., integrations, data platforms, supply chain systems).

• Skillful in navigating ambiguity and defining clear experience direction, translating vaguely defined challenges into actionable design strategies.

• Experience in integrating user research and product data into decision-making, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs to achieve results.

• Extensive collaboration with engineering teams, influencing trade-offs and ensuring high-quality implementation in iterative environments.

• Excellent communication and influencing capabilities, with the ability to articulate rationale and align stakeholders across functions.
