📋 Description

• Design and assist in the implementation of sophisticated digital product analytics tools.

• Collaborate with engineers on naming conventions and approaches to data governance.

• Facilitate self-service analytics by providing training, documentation, and dashboards.

• Conduct mixed-methods research utilizing product analytics, surveys, usage data, interviews, and observations.

• Examine online user behavior to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

• Oversee and enhance data quality while refining data taxonomies.

• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to guide product decisions.

• Create and interpret dashboards and reports using Looker, Microsoft BI, and Google Analytics.

• Utilize AI to enhance study design, reporting, analysis, and data visibility.

• Assist in hypothesis-driven product discovery and preliminary experimentation.

• Contribute to experiment design and large-scale foundational studies that inform product strategy.

• Transform complex data into narratives that influence product decisions.

• Present findings to Product, Design, and leadership teams.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Data teams, and fellow researchers.

• Partner with non-digital departments to triangulate insights and bolster confidence in research.

• Aid in recruitment for product workstreams and expand the internal participant panel.

• Develop scalable efficiencies in research operations through AI or automation.

• Create documentation for product workstreams and improve the research repository.

• Participate actively in operational needs as the team expands its practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product analytics or quantitative user research for SaaS or web-based software products.

• Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Pendo, Maze, Looker, Statsig, Microsoft BI, Excel, and Google Sheets.

• Working knowledge of SQL; proficiency in Python is a bonus.

• Ability to work collaboratively with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams.

• Capable of influencing decisions without direct authority.

• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining alignment with cross-functional partners.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Submission of a cover letter and resume is required.

• Successful completion of a background check is necessary for new hires.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience in K–12 or education is advantageous but not a requirement.

• Familiarity with data privacy considerations for vulnerable populations, such as minors, is a plus but not mandatory.

• Base salary ranging from $109,000 to $120,000.
