Senior User Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

• Design an elegant and intuitive product that not only captivates users but also fulfills our clients' business objectives.

• Develop exceptional designs that bring joy to the end users.

• Collaborate closely with the 3Pillar engagement team and clients.

• Partner with global delivery teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Program Management.

• Deliver top-tier products utilizing Agile methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing UX role.

• At least 2 years of experience in consulting.

• Proficient in working with digital products, business logic, processes, and a diverse range of clients.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive “roll up your sleeves” attitude.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to discern the bigger picture amidst details.

• Experience collaborating with global teams is highly advantageous.

• Strong cultural awareness.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies for developing best-in-class products.
