Senior User Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate business and user requirements

• Outline processes, workflows, and user journeys

• Convert business needs into functional specifications and UX suggestions

• Develop wireframes and assist in solution design

• Work closely with development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Aid in testing, implementation, and user training

• Create documentation and offer guidance to stakeholders

• Recognize opportunities to enhance digital experiences and business processes

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, User Analysis, Web Analysis, UX, or related fields

• Proven experience in gathering requirements and documenting business processes

• Understanding of UX principles and proficiency with wireframing tools

• Advanced proficiency in English

• Bachelor's degree, high school diploma, or equivalent is required

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of the insurance industry is preferred

• Experience in testing, user training, and system implementation is preferred

• Familiarity with system monitoring tools is preferred

• Must have valid, local legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based at the time of hire
