This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategize, implement, and enhance impactful user acquisition campaigns across various performance platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, IronSource, Unity, Liftoff, and others.
• Evaluate campaign performance data and drive results toward optimal Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) through proactive, data-informed decisions.
• Continuously monitor essential metrics and refine strategies to improve outcomes and achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Spearhead A/B testing efforts to gain insights and boost user acquisition performance.
• Regularly track and report on performance metrics, ensuring transparency and measurable outcomes.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with advertising partners, fostering collaboration and shared success.
• Work collaboratively across departments to create and implement innovative user acquisition strategies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices proactively, contributing fresh ideas to the team and consistently raising standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a relevant field.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and user acquisition, preferably within the mobile gaming sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and SDK video networks (Applovin, Unity, IronSource) in the U.S. and Tier 1 markets.
• Creative thinker - while design skills are not necessary, an understanding of the creative aspects of marketing is essential for developing high-performance campaigns.
• Strong analytical and strategic capabilities, coupled with a data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Enthusiastic about learning, growing, and succeeding in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Committed, flexible, and a strong communicator, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Proficient in English, with German as a plus (other languages are also welcomed).
