This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Take ownership of and oversee traffic acquisition in Google Ads (App campaigns/UAC and Web/PMax/Search), from hypothesis testing to scaling.
β’ Increase the Google Ads budget 2-3 times from its current level while remaining compliant with established KPIs (CPA/ROAS/ROMI).
β’ Develop and implement a testing roadmap that includes creatives, audiences, keywords/signals, and budget strategies, ensuring optimal placements for each type of campaign.
β’ Create and refine test structures along with scaling rules and criteria for campaigns, while monitoring CPA and ROI on a daily basis.
β’ Collaborate closely with Creative and PMM teams to formulate and validate new hypotheses specific to Google Ads (both app and web).
β’ Analyze and enhance campaigns using data (from AppsFlyer, Tableau, Google Analytics/Firebase) to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks across various traffic sources (app/web).
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing for mobile applications (experience with video streaming, live, or social apps is advantageous).
β’ Practical experience in purchasing traffic via Google Ads (Web/Web2app/App campaigns), from initiation to scaling.
β’ Proven track record managing budgets exceeding $300K per month within the Google channel.
β’ Profound understanding of Google Ads algorithm mechanics (Smart Bidding, tCPA/tROAS, signals).
β’ Strong knowledge of unit economics, cohort analysis, and key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention).
β’ Familiarity with MMPs and attribution (AppsFlyer/Adjust), with a solid grasp of attribution logic.
β’ Experience with BI tools (Tableau, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics/Firebase) for data-driven analysis and informed decision-making.
β’ Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher.
