This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete B2C paid search and social media strategy (including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube) aimed at driving new subscription acquisitions, conversion from trial to paid, and reactivation for the CE Broker product line.
• Establish and spearhead the organic search initiative for CE Broker, focusing on technical SEO, content SEO, on-page optimization, internal linking, and authority-building to attract individual healthcare professionals seeking license renewal, CE tracking, and continuing education solutions.
• Analyze web and data analytics for cebroker.com utilizing GA4, Google Search Console, and business intelligence tools (such as Looker/Data Studio or others) — monitoring traffic volume, shifts in channel mix, user behavior, and anomalies; extract insights on changes in organic, direct, referral, and paid traffic to refine strategy and identify issues promptly.
• Create the subscription-economics measurement framework (CAC, payback period, LTV:CAC, ROAS by cohort, retention-adjusted ROAS) and utilize it to distribute budget across channels, campaigns, geographies, and license-board audiences.
• Integrate AI into the search workflow: implement LLM-driven keyword and SERP research, AI-assisted ad copy and landing page generation, automated bid and budget pacing, predictive audience modeling, and AI-driven reporting and anomaly detection.
• Develop and execute a continuous experimentation roadmap encompassing ad creative, bidding strategies, audiences, landing pages, pricing presentation, and checkout processes—employing A/B testing and incrementality studies to enhance subscription growth.
• Collaborate with the Director of Growth Product Management to optimize the subscriber funnel, affecting landing pages, pricing pages, sign-up flows, and on-site search experiences to ensure paid and organic traffic achieves top-tier conversion rates.
• Formulate and manage the CE Broker SEO content strategy alongside Growth Marketing and Product Marketing—aligning search intent across license types, state boards, and renewal timelines with a high-velocity publishing plan.
• Oversee the paid media budget and forecast subscription acquisitions, producing monthly and quarterly plans detailing channel mix, expected CAC, anticipated new subscribers, and various scenarios; manage daily pacing and re-forecast as required.
• Create executive-ready reports and dashboards (using Looker/Data Studio, GA4, Search Console, ad platforms, and subscription billing) that link search performance to subscriber, revenue, and retention results; present findings, insights, and recommendations to marketing leadership and the broader CE Broker team.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to assess, maintain, and enhance GA4 event tracking and conversion measurement on cebroker.com — guaranteeing that crucial subscription events (trial starts, checkout steps, subscription conversions, reactivations) are accurately recorded and that data integrity supports dependable reporting and optimization decisions.
• Stay updated on rapid changes in search—AI Overviews, generative search experiences (SGE), zero-click results, privacy and tracking shifts, and evolving paid auction dynamics—and adapt proactive strategies accordingly.
• Work with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure cohesive messaging, audience segmentation, and downstream nurturing for subscribers acquired via paid and organic search.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and martech vendors as needed; assess and streamline the SEO/PPC tool stack (e.g., SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Search Console, Optmyzr, AI copy and bid tools) for effectiveness and efficiency. Propose additional tooling or consolidation opportunities.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the healthcare professional audience—license renewal cycles, CE requirements by state and board, and competitive alternatives—and leverage that knowledge to distinguish CE Broker in both paid and organic channels.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Over 8 years of B2C digital marketing experience with substantial, hands-on control of paid search and SEO for a subscription-based business (DTC, SaaS, media, fitness, education, or healthcare consumer).
• Proven track record of profitably scaling subscriber acquisition through Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, paid social, and organic search—evaluated against CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention-adjusted metrics.
• Expert knowledge of the fundamentals of subscription marketing: free-to-paid conversion, trial design, pricing-page optimization, churn-aware acquisition, cohort analysis, and lifetime value modeling.
• Extensive technical and content SEO knowledge, including site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, internal linking, programmatic SEO, and editorial SEO content strategy.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, Looker/Data Studio (or similar BI tools), including familiarity with GA4 event configuration, conversion tracking, and data layer concepts sufficient for quality assurance of implementations and effective collaboration with Data and Engineering teams, as well as core ad platforms, including ongoing site traffic monitoring, source attribution, and anomaly investigation; SQL proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Required: demonstrated, hands-on expertise in leveraging AI in PPC and SEO workflows—LLM-driven keyword and content research, AI-generated ad copy and landing pages, automated bid management, predictive audience targeting, and AI-based reporting. Comfort prototyping with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and specialized AI marketing platforms is anticipated.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, Looker/Data Studio (or equivalent BI), and core ad platforms; SQL proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Experience in designing and conducting statistically valid A/B tests, geo-experiments, and incrementality studies; comfortable balancing platform attribution with media-mix and incrementality signals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex search performance data into clear narratives for executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and adept at functioning as a player-coach IC in a dynamic environment; able to influence without direct authority across Marketing, Product, and Analytics.
• Ideal: experience marketing to healthcare professionals, allied health, nursing, or licensed/credentialed audiences, and/or familiarity with continuing education, license renewal, or regulated/compliance-driven markets.
• Familiarity with martech and analytics stacks such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, subscription billing platforms (e.g., Stripe, Recurly), and project management tools like Monday.com is an advantage.
