This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of top-of-funnel demand generation: executing campaigns that produce new leads, increasing visibility for our current initiatives, and collaborating closely with sales and operations to ensure your efforts contribute to the actual pipeline.
• Integrated campaigns: Strategize and execute campaigns that align our product launches, customer narratives, and events into demand that reaches the appropriate audience.
• Develop programs that maintain engagement with cold prospects.
• Design and implement account-based programs targeting a specified list of accounts.
• Manage paid channels (primarily LinkedIn) to enhance campaigns, drive registrations, warm up accounts, and generate new leads.
• Channel experimentation: identify high-impact opportunities—conduct real experiments, and focus on strategies that yield successful results.
• Possess 5–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation or campaigns; you have previously established demand generation or inbound processes from scratch in a startup environment and are prepared to take full ownership here.
• Have directly collaborated with a sales team in a complex enterprise B2B setting and have some familiarity with a product-led growth (PLG) strategy.
• Be commercially focused: you prioritize pipeline development over mere impressions or clicks.
• Actively leverage AI in your workflow to enhance efficiency: automating campaign operations, generating content variations, and discovering distribution advantages that wouldn’t otherwise be available.
• Maintain an experimental approach backed by data—you conduct tests, monitor outcomes, and make informed decisions based on your findings.
• Have executed integrated campaigns end-to-end across email, paid media, content, and events—not as a channel-specific expert, but as someone who understands how to interconnect them.
• Excel in execution as well as strategy—you will be responsible for building initiatives, not just conceptualizing them.
• Be capable of creating content independently when necessary: you are comfortable using Canva, Figma, or Capsule to produce assets, and you possess a strong aesthetic sense for what resonates.
• Hold a strong bias toward action and possess the ability to navigate challenges without a predefined playbook.
