This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute large-scale campaigns across Social, Search, SDK Networks, and DSPs.
• Navigate seamlessly between overarching strategy and daily bid/budget decisions to optimize every dollar spent.
• Connect historical cohort data with predictive modeling utilizing internal pLTV models to achieve fROAS targets.
• Regularly assess forecast accuracy against actual outcomes to enhance bid multipliers and confidently scale based on predicted value.
• Develop comprehensive, data-driven creative testing initiatives.
• Integrate MMP attribution data with internal backend systems to confirm performance metrics.
• Foster strong relationships with leading platforms and agencies.
• Serve as a quick-response collaborator with the Product team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing within the mobile gaming sector.
• Proven history of managing substantial budgets with a focus on ROI accountability.
• Excellent analytical skills: proficient in advanced Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable handling complex data sets.
• Practical experience with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.) and DSPs/social advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of pLTV modeling and ROAS-focused bidding strategies.
• A strong commitment to discovering more efficient work methods.
• A genuine enthusiasm for mobile gaming and a thorough understanding of the industry landscape.
